In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 GDPR, these notices provide information about the processing of personal data when you visit this website and contact us.

When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system. The processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Logs are only stored for as long as necessary for operations, security and error analysis.
3. Contact us
If you contact us by email, telephone or via a booked appointment, we process your contact and company data as well as the content of your request. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures and contract fulfilment in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR as well as our legitimate interest in processing business enquiries in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
4. Book an appointment via Calendly
The button to book an appointment leads to Calendly. Data is only transmitted to Calendly when this external link is opened. Calendly’s data protection information also applies to processing there. We receive the appointment, contact and company details you entered in order to carry out the conversation.
5. Recipients and transfers
Only the IT, hosting, email and appointment service providers used receive data, to the extent that this is necessary for the respective purpose. For transfers outside the European Economic Area, we use the guarantees provided by law, in particular adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Storage period
We store enquiries for the duration of processing and then in accordance with statutory retention periods or as long as legitimate business interests exist. Data without further relevance is regularly deleted. Contract and accounting documents may need to be retained for longer due to tax and commercial law obligations.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. To exercise your rights, contact christian.w@vareos.eu.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics is loaded on this website only after your explicit consent. Until then, analytics, advertising and personalisation storage remain disabled in Google Consent Mode. If you consent, we process pseudonymous usage data such as page views, technical device information, approximate region and clicks on booking links to improve content and partner enquiries. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Locally hosted fonts
Fonts are served locally from this website. Displaying the text does not require a connection to Google Fonts.
Visitor analytics with Google Analytics
With your consent we load Google Analytics 4 to analyse page views, traffic sources and use of our enquiry configurator. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and free text from the form are not sent as analytics events. Appointment links are measured as contact clicks; only a successfully transmitted product enquiry counts as an enquiry.

Only with your separate consent do we load the Leadfeeder tracker. It can associate connection and usage data with visiting companies. Not every visit can be matched to a company; this does not reliably identify individual visitors by name. Automatic tracking of form submissions in Leadfeeder is disabled. Use Cookie settings in the footer to choose each optional service independently or withdraw consent.

The configurator processes your selected products, quantities, branding requirements, company, name, business email, country and any additional details you choose to provide so we can respond to your enquiry. Resend delivers the notification to our VAREOS mailbox. An enquiry does not trigger a purchase or payment. You can use the form without agreeing to analytics or company identification.
